In 2022, more individuals than ever want a mentor, and more organizations are trying to provide mentoring in the workplace as a learning and development initiative. Studies have shown the positive effects mentoring can have—from confidence, to sounder mental health, to the likelihood of promotion.
The Bear Elite mentor program is six months of unlimited access to your mentor by e-mail, phone, text, regular mail, etc. We help people strategically and tactically in pursuit of their management and leadership goals. Admission is limited per Master Mentor. If there are no openings there is a “first come, first served” waiting list.
You and your mentor reach a mutual decision as to whether the program is right for you. If it is, you begin with identifying your mentoring goals, expectations, greatest strengths and desired areas of leadership you wish to develop. Some people call daily, some weekly, some monthly. The frequency and style are up to you. We return all phone calls and email within agreed-upon times.
The fee is required to begin the process or to claim a place on the waiting list. The fee is non-refundable, no exceptions.
This program is designed for those individuals who prefer a highly structured relationship with increased accountability for meeting their goals may qualify for Eagle Elite. In this version of the program we choose those areas which are of highest priority to your current situation. Additionally, we create a strategic action plan to accomplish agreed upon objectives and schedule formal contact times to discuss accomplishments and any challenges hindering completion of tasks.
The Eagle Elite Program is recommended for those at any level of their career who feel the need for increased structure, whose current workload and personal responsibilities cause them to experience unwanted delay in tasks prior to completion. Lastly, due to professional or personal circumstances, for those who require more urgency in accomplishing results.
The Lion Elite program is designed for people who are currently CEOs, C-Suite executives, members of leadership teams who desire to confidentially receive trusted advice related to such serious topics as career change, exit strategies, conflict resolution with governing boards or direct supervisors, crisis management, major capital projects, etc. We offer “panoramic view” mentorship for mentees in this category.
In addition to the six months of unlimited access to the mentor, this program consists of one on ones with your mentor on two separate occasions, at his or her home or office, to learn how to proficiently engage in best practices in operations efficiency, policies and procedures, management, strategic alliance formation and execution, etc. We also spend quality time on mentee's goals as well as develop action plans to move forward.
Spouses and significant others are welcome to attend as much of the discussions as they like. You’ll dine together and also have some conversation and “leisure time.” (All meals are included while you are with your mentor.)
